1. What this site is
veridose.it is the marketing landing page operated by Veridose ( Italy). It describes the forthcoming Veridose product and lets you join a waitlist for the 2026 pilot cohort.
The Veridose application itself is not delivered through this website. The application is intended to be installed on-premise at each customer's facility under a separate written agreement.
2. Waitlist enrolment
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a contract for the supply of Veridose, does not guarantee acceptance into the pilot programme, and does not commit either party to anything beyond email communication about the product.
You agree to submit accurate information (true name, working email, real role and institution if provided). Falsifying details so as to obtain pilot access or disrupt the waitlist constitutes a breach of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or its forms to send unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its underlying systems, or other users' submissions;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at a rate or in a volume that disrupts service for others;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any portion of the service;
- Submit patient identifiers, DICOM data, or any other personal health information through the waitlist form.
4. Intellectual property
The Veridose name, logo, the visual design of this site, the explainer video and the textual content are owned by Veridose and are protected by copyright, trademark and database rights as applicable. You may not copy or distribute substantial parts without our written permission, except for normal browsing and short attributed quotation.
You retain ownership of the information you submit through the waitlist. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party content
The explainer video on this page is hosted by YouTube and embedded through the privacy-friendly youtube-nocookie.com domain. Once you click play, YouTube's terms and privacy notice apply to that playback.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veridose disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the above, the Veridose application described on this page is in pre-release and is not warranted as suitable for any clinical use whatsoever.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veridose will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that is not capable of exclusion under applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these terms or whose use harms the service or other users. You may stop using the site at any time and unsubscribe from the waitlist by writing to privacy@veridose.it.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law (Republic of Italy). Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at https://veridose.it/terms with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
